People seek therapy for many different reasons: to explore a specific issue or relationship, to work towards a particular aim or goal, to develop a better understanding of themselves and how they relate to the world…
I wonder what has brought you here.
If you’re unsure about whether therapy would suit you or help you, please read about person-centred counselling for more on the process. You can read more about me, my background and experience on my About page.
As the work is only possible if the relationship between us is open and trusting, I always offer an initial 30-minute introductory session. That way we can meet each other and check out how that all-important relationship feels. It also gives you a chance to ask any questions about the process of therapy that might be giving you concern.
I do hope you get in touch with me but, in the meantime, I’d like to offer you the following helpful online resources.
